What you end up with
Between fifteen and twenty-five help articles built from existing support replies, published in the help tool already in use, grouped so someone can find one without searching, plus a short note on which questions came up most.
How the work runs
- Read six months of support replies and count what repeats
- Agree the article list and the grouping with you
- Write the articles and publish them into your help tool
- Hand over what came up most, and what still has no article
